the peons of comedy

I bought these tickets because I love Love Looooove Dominique and Michael Collier! They didn't disappoint, both were hilarious! I wasn't expecting much from Huggy Lowdown but he was actually pretty funny. Michael Blackson was ok, had a few funny jokes but he's vulgar for no reason. What ruined the show for me was the poor sense of humor of the headliner, Corey Holcomb. His style of comedy is horrible! He went on too long about side chicks (he calls them the side b word), then went on to beating his woman, making her have an abortion and other offensive topics. He even went on to imitate how the fetus might look being vacuumed from the womb. Tacky low life! The 1 star rating is for the 2 Stars of the night, Dominique and Michael Collier. Hopefully they move on to a better class of comedians to tour with!

Buyers beware

I liked the comedians, even the women that warmed the crowd was great. However, my guest and I left early because Corey Holcomb's routine was VERY offensive to women. Apparently, this is how his routines are but I didn't know this or I would not have purchased a ticket. I would think as a professional he would realize that he was loosing his crowd (literally lots of people were leaving) and change his topic or do something to gain them back. But he kept going on and on as if he hates women. I was only disappointed in his performance and unfortunately he was the headliner. I will say that some people where laughing so I guess it depends on your sense of humor.
